How does Dr.Lably handle referral doctor commission?
Dr.Lably is referral doctor commission software built into lab billing. Each doctor has a commission percentage of the bill total. Staff can set a fixed amount or another percentage on one bill. Can I give one doctor a special rate on one bill?
Yes. On that bill, set a fixed amount or another percentage. The doctor's default rate stays the same.
Does changing a doctor's rate change old bills?
Bills keep the commission saved on them. The new rate applies to new bills.
Does the report count unpaid bills?
Yes. The referral report counts every bill for the doctor's patients, paid or not.
Can I export the referral report?
Yes. Export it as a CSV file for Excel, or print it as a PDF.
