Result entry & review
Lab result entry with automatic flags and pathologist review
Type each value and Dr.Lably flags it high, low or critical against the patient's own range. A pathologist approves every test before the report is made.
From ₹1 per report · Every feature in the 7‑day trial
What does Dr.Lably's result entry do?
Dr.Lably's lab result entry software lets technicians type results test by test. Each value is flagged against a reference range for the patient's age and gender. Calculated values such as LDL and ANC fill in by themselves. A pathologist then approves each test or sends it back with a note.

Before and after the results
Questions labs ask about result entry
Does Dr.Lably connect to lab analyzers?
Not yet. Results are typed in, and calculated values fill in by themselves.
Can a pathologist send a result back?
Yes. Request Revision needs a note, and the test returns to the technician with that note on screen.
Are reference ranges different for men, women and children?
Yes. Each parameter can hold ranges by age and gender. Dr.Lably picks the closest match for each patient.
Can I edit a result after approval?
No. Approved results are locked, so the printed report always matches what the pathologist approved.
Which plans include result entry and review?
Every plan, from ₹1 per report on the Wallet plan. See all plans.
